What we collect

• When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone if you give it, and order details. Payment is handled by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you contact us: your email and whatever you write to us.
• When you browse: basic device and usage information through cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels such as Meta's.

How we use it

• To ship your order and send order updates.
• To answer your messages and handle refunds.
• To measure and improve our ads and website.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the store: our ecommerce platform and checkout (Shopify), our shipping carriers and fulfillment partner, our email provider, and advertising platforms for measurement. Each gets only what it needs.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing help@ivorlo.com.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under state privacy laws. Email us and we'll honor them.
