Ivorlo™ Shoulder Recovery System
Physical therapy can cost $80–$150 per session. Cortisone shots offer temporary relief. Soothe aching shoulders, ease stiffness, and enjoy more comfortable evenings with just 15 minutes of heat and massage at home.
- Ease the ache that wakes you at 4am
- Reach for the seatbelt without that sharp catch
- Pull on a jacket the way you used to
- Put your bra on without wincing
- Throw a ball for the grandkids again
- Skip the pills that make you feel awful
How it works
Heat warms the muscle and tissue around the joint, which brings more blood to the area and lets tight, guarded muscles let go. Vibration on top takes the edge off the ache while you're wearing it.
It doesn't repair a torn tendon and we won't pretend it does. What it does well is loosen the shoulder so it's easier to sleep on and easier to move. The full explanation.
Fit and sizing
One wrap fits either shoulder. Flip it over and strap it on the other side. The main strap is 31.5 in (80 cm), and the extension strap adds 11.4 in (29 cm) for bigger arms and chests.
A strap across the chest keeps it from sliding down the front, which is the #1 complaint about cheaper wraps.

Real Shoulders. Real Routines.
Finally, Something That Stays on My Shoulder
I've tried regular heating pads before, but they always slide down whenever I move. I love the idea of being able to sit on the couch with something that actually stays in place. It's such a simple thing, but it makes a difference.
A Little Comfort Before Bedtime
My shoulder always seems to bother me the most at night. I've been looking for something I can use while winding down instead of constantly adjusting a heating pad. This seems like a much easier way to relax before bed.
Making Mornings a Little Easier
Some mornings my shoulder feels so stiff that getting dressed is frustrating. I like the idea of using a little warmth while having my morning coffee. Nothing complicated, just something comforting to start the day.
A Thoughtful Gift for My Husband
My husband is always rubbing his shoulder after working around the house. He's not the type to buy something like this for himself, but I thought it would be a nice gift. I especially like that it doesn't have to be held in place.
Wish I'd Found Something Like This Sooner
After years of working with my hands, my shoulders aren't what they used to be. I've tried creams and regular heat packs, but they're not very convenient. A wrap I can put on while watching TV is exactly the kind of thing I've been looking for.
It's the Little Things You Miss
You don't realize how much you use your shoulder until everyday things like reaching into a cupboard become uncomfortable. I like the idea of having something warm and soothing to use at the end of a long day.
Perfect for Winding Down After Golf
I still enjoy getting out on the golf course, but my shoulder definitely reminds me afterward. I don't need anything fancy. Just something comfortable I can use when I get home and sit down for a while.
So Much Easier Than a Heating Pad
I used to balance a heating pad over my shoulder while reading, and it would slide off every time I reached for something. The idea of a wrap that fastens around the shoulder makes so much more sense.
A Simple Addition to My Evening Routine
I've learned that taking a little time to relax in the evening makes a difference in how I feel. Warmth has always been comforting for my shoulder, and I like the idea of having heat and vibration together in one wrap.
Something Comfortable I Can Actually Use
I've bought plenty of things over the years that ended up sitting in a drawer because they were too much trouble. What appeals to me about this is how simple it looks. Just put it on, get comfortable, and relax.
End the 4am Wake-Ups. Give Your Shoulder a Reset.
The nagging ache. The stab when you roll onto it at night. The careful brace before you reach for the top shelf. For a lot of people over 45 it turns into a loop of painkillers, heat packs that go cold and long waits for an appointment.
Break it where it starts: a stiff, guarded shoulder that never gets warm enough to let go.
- 15-Minute Wind-Down: warms the shoulder and eases the tension right before bed, when you need it most.
- Heat and vibration together: heat loosens tight tissue while vibration takes the edge off the ache, all in one session.
- Move without bracing: reach overhead, sleep on your side, pick the grandkids up without thinking twice.
Feel the Difference From the Very First Session.
The first thing most people notice is warmth that sinks into the muscle and a looser shoulder that stays that way for a while after the 15 minutes end. That's your window to stretch, or to get into bed and actually get comfortable.
Use it every night for a few weeks, the same way you'd stick with any routine that helps.
- Lets the muscles let go: warmth opens up blood flow in the area and eases the guarding that keeps a shoulder stiff.
- Turns the ache down: in a placebo-controlled trial after shoulder surgery, daily vibration lowered pain at six weeks.
- Works with your physical therapy: warm up first and the exercises you've been given hurt less and go further.
Simple Tech. Made for Every Night.
With 3 heat levels and 3 vibration modes, you set each session to what feels right that day. Start low, turn it up as you get used to it.
It fits the left or the right shoulder, and the chest strap keeps it where it should be, so you don't need anyone to help you put it on.
- Always ready: charges by USB-C in about 3 hours, for 4 to 5 sessions per charge.
- Cordless: no wire to the wall. Wear it on the sofa, at your desk or while you get things done around the house.
- One button: press start, and it switches itself off after 15 minutes.
What It Won't Do
It won't heal a torn tendon, and it won't make frozen shoulder end sooner. In that same surgery trial, vibration eased the pain but didn't speed up healing. It's for getting through the nights and making your exercises possible. That's a real job, and it's the one we sell it for.
Why Your Shoulder Hurts More at Night
Most shoulder pain after 45 doesn't come from one bad day. It's a loop, and every turn of it makes the next one worse.
Rest alone keeps the loop going. Warmth and gentle movement are how you break it.

Look around at shoulder wraps online and you'll see the same "orthopaedic surgeon with 22 years and 2,500 operations" behind a dozen different brands, in a dozen different countries. Same surgeon, same numbers, different name on the box. You'll see promises that a wrap rebuilds blood vessels and repairs tendons.
We'd rather tell you what it actually is: a well-made heat and vibration wrap that makes a stiff shoulder easier to live with. If we ever show you a doctor, they'll be a real one, with their real name, who actually tried it.
FAQ
Does it actually work?
For loosening a stiff, achy shoulder and making the nights easier, heat and vibration both have research behind them. It won't heal a torn tendon or cure frozen shoulder. If it doesn't help you within 60 nights, you get your money back.
When will I notice a difference?
Most people feel warmer and looser after the first session, and that loose feeling lasts a while after it switches off. Use it every night for a few weeks. If it isn't helping by 60 nights, email us for a full refund.
How long do I use it for?
One 15 minute session, then it switches itself off. Most people do one before bed and one before their exercises. Don't run sessions back to back on high.
Can I use it on both shoulders?
Yes. The same wrap fits the left or the right. If both shoulders hurt, the 2 pack lets you do both at once.
Will it fit me? I've got big arms.
Every box has an extension strap. The main strap is 31.5 in, and the extension adds another 11.4 in. Not sure? Email us your measurement before you order.
How hot does it get?
There are 3 heat levels: 118°F (48°C), 127°F (53°C) and 136°F (58°C). Start low. If you have diabetes or reduced feeling, ask your doctor first and stay on low.
Does it help frozen shoulder?
It helps with what frozen shoulder puts you through: the pain at night and the stiffness when you stretch. Warm up for 15 minutes, then do your stretches. It won't make frozen shoulder end any sooner. Nothing sold online can honestly promise that.
Can I sleep in it?
No. Use it before bed, then take it off. It switches itself off after 15 minutes anyway.
How do I use Ivorlo safely?
Start on the lowest heat setting, check your skin regularly, and avoid using the wrap while sleeping. Never use it on damaged or irritated skin.
If you have diabetes, reduced skin sensitivity, circulation problems, a medical implant, or are pregnant, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Always follow the included product instructions.
Is it a medical device?
No. It's a heat and massage wrap for comfort. If your pain came from an injury, or comes with numbness, weakness, fever or chest pain, see a doctor.
Where does it ship from, and how long does it take?
Orders usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days, with tracking.
What if it doesn't help?
Email help@ivorlo.com within 60 nights of delivery and we'll refund you in full, back to your card.
