Refunds, guarantee and shipping

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you use our pouches in a closed space they're made for and mice still get in within 30 days of your order being delivered, we'll refund your order in full. You keep the pouches. You don't need to ship anything back.

What counts

  • Spaces on our "works well" list: campers and RVs, boats, car and truck cabs and trunks, pantries and kitchen cabinets, garage cabinets and tool boxes, cabins, and closed tractor cabs or feed rooms.
  • Used roughly the way our placement guide describes: enough pouches for the space, set out along walls and entry points.

What doesn't

  • Open barns, open garages, yards, gardens and burrows.
  • Animals other than mice, such as squirrels, groundhogs, moles or rats.
  • Mice that were already nesting in the space before the pouches went out. Our product page and guide explain how to clear those first.

We don't make you argue about it. If you're not sure your situation counts, email us and ask. We'll give you a straight answer.

How to claim it

  1. Email help@ivorlo.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us your order number, the space you used them in and how many pouches you put out.
  3. Once it's approved, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

The guarantee covers one refund per household.

Changed your mind?

Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the order arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Shipping

  • Delivery: orders usually arrive in 6 to 10 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves.
  • Cost: free on orders over $45. Under $45, shipping is $5.99, shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Where we ship: within the United States, to states where we're cleared to sell mouse repellents. Some states require each brand to register first. If your state isn't available at checkout, that's why.
