Who we are
This website is run by Ivorlo ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email help@ivorlo.com.
Our products
Ivorlo mouse repellent pouches are minimum risk pesticides, exempt from federal EPA registration under FIFRA section 25(b). They're intended to help repel mice from enclosed spaces. They aren't intended to kill rodents, to treat an existing infestation on their own, or for outdoor use. Read and follow the label on the bag. Keep pouches out of reach of children and pets, and away from food.
Results depend on the space, the number of pouches used, airflow, temperature, and whether mice were already present. We describe these limits on our product page and placement guide so you can decide whether the product fits your situation.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but a change never affects an order you've already placed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or the order can't be shipped to the address given. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
Shipping restrictions
We only ship to US states where we're permitted to sell our product. We may update this list as state registrations are completed.
Refunds and our guarantee
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and return terms are described on our Refunds and Guarantee page and form part of these terms.
Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review or send us photos, you let us show them on our site and social channels with your first name and last initial. We don't edit the meaning of reviews or remove them for being negative. We may remove reviews that contain personal information, offensive language, or content unrelated to the product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by rodents. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
